Participation

Participants in the master classes are divided into two categories: Active and Passive. The number of Active participants is according to the date on which the inscriptions are received.

At the conclusion of the master classes, each participant will receive a certificate. The most successful participants will have the chance to take part in the final concerts.

The Competition is open for all nationalities. There is no age limit.

Age limit & application - Youth Percussion Solo Competition

The Competition is open for all nationalities. The age limit is 17 years old.

When should you apply?
Deadline for the application is July 31th, 2021.

Only a limited number of applicants are allowed. It is therefore strongly recommended to apply as soon as possible. Applications are admitted on a ‘first come-first served’ basis. During the editions before all places were taken. All applicants have time until August 15th, 2021 to decide their repertory.

PAYMENTS

Administration Fee - Academy

The enrollment will be confirmed only after having received the application fee. The fee will not be refunded in case of withdrawal. Refunds will be paid only if the class is cancelled by the organizers. The confirmation letter of the enrollment will be sent after having received the deposit. The rest of the course fee must be paid in full before July 31th, 2021.

Registration fee for the in-person competition has to be paid in Euro at last at July 31th 2021 by bank transfer. Bank checks will not be allowed. The fee is not refundable regardless the outcome of the Competition and should be transferred net (excluding transfer costs) indicated by your name, competition 2021 and your competition registration number to the bank account below:

How can you apply for the ONLINE competition?
Applicants must submit the following materials by E-mail before the deadline of August 15th, 2021:

Application form fully completed;
Pay your registration fee in Euro and submit a copy of the bank receipt;
Copy of current passport or official identity card;
Professional artistic picture or headshot.

Registration fee - ONLINE Competitions
International Marimba/Vibraphone/Timpani/Snare Drum/Percussion/Drum Set: €50,00 (For payments made via PayPal, a commission of 5.64% + € 0.35 should be applied). Candidates who sign up for two competitions: €80. Candidates who sign up for more than two competitions: €120.

Broadcast rights
The competition reserves the right to broadcast live, record and videotape all rounds. The applicants grant the organization the right to make use of photos, biographical information as well as recording copyright.

Repertoire list (deadline August 15th, 2021).

Registration fee - Competitions
International Marimba/Vibraphone/Timpani/Snare Drum/Percussion/Drum Set: €80,00 (For payments made via PayPal, a commission of 5.64% + € 0.35 should be applied). Candidates who sign up for two competitions: €150. Candidates who sign up for more than two competitions: €200.
